Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered by PostNL within 1-2 business days. On occasion, deliveries may be delayed by up to 4 business days depending on PostNL's network and other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

 

Shipping costs

A flat shipping fee of €5.00 applies to orders under €20.00.

Shipping is free for all orders of €20.00 or more, and for all active subscription orders, regardless of order value.

 

Delivery area

We currently ship within the Netherlands.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
